This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, and on-site operations, and is looking to play a key role in improving maintenance performance across a complex production environment.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role will take ownership of the maintenance planning function, ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance activities are effectively scheduled, tracked, and optimised.

You’ll work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations, while also driving improvements through better use of data and systems.

This is a hands-on role that combines planning and analysis with regular time on the floor to understand equipment performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage weekly and monthly maintenance schedules
Create detailed work orders including scope, resources, and timelines
Maintain and optimise the CMMS system as the central source of maintenance data
Analyse performance data to identify trends, failures, and improvement opportunities
Build and maintain maintenance dashboards and reporting tools
Manage spare parts inventory to balance availability and cost
Coordinate and plan shutdowns and major maintenance activities
Work closely with stakeholders across engineering and production to align priorities

About You

Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner role within manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (D365 highly regarded)
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
Trade qualification or engineering-related background preferred

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance professional to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Sydney.

Reporting to the National Technical Manager, this is a key leadership position with full responsibility for overseeing the site’s food safety and quality systems.

You will lead the QA team and play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and retailer standards, while driving continuous improvement across the operation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the factory floor, confidently leading audits, managing people, and maintaining robust food safety and quality systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the site QA team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
Managing day-to-day QA activities, ensuring systems remain compliant and audit-ready
Coordinating and leading internal audits, GMP inspections, and verification programs
Acting as the main site contact for external audits including SQF, Coles CFMSR, and regulatory inspections
Ensuring ongoing compliance with HACCP, GFSI standards, customer requirements, and FSANZ regulations
Investigating non-conformances, managing CAPA processes, and driving corrective actions
Handling customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures
Working closely with production and operations teams to strengthen food safety culture
Supporting new product trials, validations, and launches
Delivering food safety and quality training to site teams
Maintaining accurate documentation, traceability, and reporting to senior technical leadership

To be successful, you will bring:

A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or similar
CFMSR knowledge and experience leading an external audit
3–5+ years’ QA experience within food manufacturing, ideally in chilled or ready-to-eat environments
Demonstrated experience supervising or leading QA teams
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems
Experience working with SQF, BRC, or other GFSI-recognised standards
Exposure to retailer standards, particularly Coles CFMSR
Proven ability to lead internal and external audits from preparation through to close-out
Strong problem-solving, investigation, and CAPA management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business

About the role:

The Cloud Lead is responsible for leading the organisation’s transition from predominantly on-premise infrastructure to modern cloud platforms.

This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise in designing, building and migrating infrastructure and applications to the cloud. The role develops the organisation’s cloud architecture, establishes governance frameworks, and leads migration initiatives while actively implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure.

As part of a small ICT team, the role combines architecture, engineering and implementation responsibilities, ensuring that cloud solutions are secure, scalable, cost effective and aligned with organisational needs.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies and service for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain the organisation’s cloud strategy and adoption roadmap.
Design and maintain the enterprise cloud architecture, including networking, identity, security, monitoring and governance.
Establish cloud landing zones and architectural standards for cloud deployments.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for ICT projects adopting cloud technologies.
Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to the organisation’s infrastructure platform.
Assess existing on-premise infrastructure and applications to determine suitability for cloud migration.
Develop migration strategies including rehost, replatform, refactor or SaaS adoption approaches.
Plan and lead migration waves and workload transition plans.
Identify dependencies, risks and mitigation strategies during migration.
Provide technical leadership and oversight during migration execution.
Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure and core platform services.
Configure cloud networking, identity, security and monitoring solutions.
Build hybrid infrastructure integrating on-premise environments with cloud platforms.
Implement Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment frameworks.
Deploy and manage infrastructure supporting organisational applications and services.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity and migration issues.
Support ongoing improvement of cloud platforms through automation and optimisation.
Implement security measures to protect cloud infrastructure and data including encryption, access control and monitoring.
Implement governance frameworks covering identity, networking, resource management and security.
Ensure cloud platforms comply with organisational cybersecurity and information governance policies.
Implement monitoring, logging and alerting across cloud infrastructure.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities for cloud platforms.
Monitor and optimise cloud costs and resource utilisation.
Implement cost governance practices and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability and efficiency of cloud platforms.

Experience

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and services
Experience designing enterprise and hybrid cloud architectures
Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS architectures
Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of virtualisation platforms (VMware)
Hybrid networking (VP)
Automation scripting (PowerShell, Python)
CI/CD and infrastructure deployment pipelines
Microsoft Entra ID and identity management

At least 5 years of experience in designing, deploying and supporting complex and scalable IT Cloud Solutions.
Previous experience with cloud migration strategies (lift-and-shift, re-platforming).
3-5 years’ experience as an infrastructure or solution engineer, architect, team leader, manager or suitable equivalent.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar certifications are highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), automation scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) are highly regarded.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-operational checks, GMP audits, ATP testing, and micro swabbing
Monitor production processes including temperature control, ingredient accuracy, and stock rotation
Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products for quality and compliance
Manage positive release processes and ensure only compliant product is dispatched
Maintain accurate QA documentation and support audit readiness
Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions

Assist with NPD trials, product assessments, and continuous improvement activities

About You

Experience in a QA role within food manufacturing
Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards (SQF/BRC highly regarded)

About the role:

The Product Coach will be responsible to work with multi-disciplinary team/s shifting to a product delivery team using product principles and practices including the DTA Whole of Government Service, Design and Delivery process (SDDP).

The Customer and Staff Digital Programs division commenced a pilot approach for managing our digital products using principles and practices of enabled and empowered product teams. These product teams would be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, covering discovery, design and delivery.

This approach will allow the agency to test and learn how this new design and delivery method operates within Services Australia when delivering digital government services to customers and is focused on establishing the new ways of working, operating, and governing digital services including myGov.

Responsibilities:

Support product managers and the team in understanding product management practices and developing their skills.
Help product managers articulate a compelling vision and strategy that focuses on desired outcomes.
Encourage and support the use of design and user research, embedding the disciplines into the team everyday practice.
Help the team to understand the foundational principles in product discovery and delivery.
Foster an agile oriented mindset that prioritises action, learning and iteration.
