Osborne Richardson was founded in Brisbane in 2013 by Nick Shaw, drawing on over a decade of specialist recruitment experience built in the UK. Nick's background in Environmental Health recruitment gave OR an immediate edge — placing qualified EHOs with councils from day one.
From those foundations, OR quickly expanded into Food Manufacturing, Public Sector Technology, Finance & Procurement, Compliance, and Engineering — building deep specialist networks in each discipline rather than trying to be all things to all people.
