Nick has over 24 years of recruitment experience and established the Osborne Richardson brand in Australia in 2013, having spent over 13 years with the company in the UK. He works closely with every consultant to maintain the quality and relationship focus that OR is known for.

Owen is a fully qualified Environmental Health and OHS Officer with a remarkable career spanning over 15 years across Officer and Leadership roles in both Australian and UK Local and State Government. Since joining OR in 2016 he has placed over 500 EHOs across contracts, permanent roles and large-scale inspection projects with councils throughout Australia.

Natasha is an experienced talent acquisition specialist with over 8 years of industry experience spanning Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise lies in providing strategic guidance and ensuring companies effectively recruit, develop and retain top talent across HR, WHS, Food Manufacturing and Public Sector roles.

Oliver has over 20 years' experience as an IT Program and Project Manager in public and private sector organisations. He leads OR's Technology division, placing ICT professionals across infrastructure, software development, project management and digital transformation for Queensland Government and enterprise clients.

Chris brings an impressive 20-year background in recruiting executive-level IT professionals. His primary focus is on forging strategic partnerships and driving growth in the public sector, ensuring our clients have access to top-tier talent.

Brooke is a dedicated and results-driven recruitment professional who specialises in Finance and Procurement roles across Queensland Government and local councils — placing professionals from Administration Officers and Procurement Advisors through to Finance Managers and Business Support Coordinators.

Rebecca is our recruitment consultant within our Environment and Science division across Australia. She is a passionate and dedicated recruitment consultant who brings a fresh perspective and valuable skills, excelling as a resourcer with a commitment to finding the best candidates.

Vicky has over 20 years' recruitment experience across a multitude of roles. She is responsible for processing all aspects of our contractor payroll, working closely with all our departments, clients and candidates to ensure smooth weekly pay runs and compliance.
