Finance Manager – Regional WA (Relocation Supported) Confidential 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing food manufacturing operation in regional Western Australia as the business enters a major expansion and operational uplift phase.

This is a key site leadership role reporting to the General Manager responsible for financial governance, commercial performance, budgeting, forecasting and operational decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Drive cost control, margin improvement and operational performance analysis
• Provide commercial insight to support production, capex and growth initiatives
• Manage compliance, audit processes and financial governance
• Oversee payroll, inventory, cost of goods and working capital performance
• Partner with operational leaders to drive data-led decision making
• Support continuous improvement and system optimisation

About You

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Commercial Manager or Senior Management Accountant within manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environments
• Strong operational finance capability and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting capital projects and site investment preferred
• Hands-on, commercially minded leadership style
• Comfortable relocating to a regional environment
