Maintenance Manager – Regional WA (Relocation Supported)
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a large-scale food manufacturing operation in regional Western Australia as the site enters a significant growth and infrastructure investment phase.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the General Manager - responsible for driving asset reliability, preventative maintenance strategy, capital projects and continuous improvement across a high-volume manufacturing environment.
You will lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team and work closely with Operations, Engineering and Site Leadership to maximise uptime, safety, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance strategy including preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive plant reliability, uptime and asset performance improvement
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts and contractor performance
- Lead capital works, upgrades and shutdown planning
- Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and site standards
- Develop and coach a high-performing maintenance team
- Support continuous improvement and engineering best practice
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager within manufacturing
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical background
- Experience in high-volume, automated or FMCG environments preferred
- Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder engagement capability
- Comfortable relocating to a regional environment
- Above-market salary package based on experience
