People and Culture Manager– Regional WA (Relocation Supported) 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced People and Culture Manager to join a growing food manufacturing operation in regional Western Australia as the business enters a major expansion and transformation phase.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all people and culture initiatives across the operation, partnering closely with operational leaders to build strong workforce capability, engagement, compliance and performance frameworks.

This is a hands-on site role requiring strong operational HR experience within industrial or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including ER/IR, performance management and workforce planning
  • Partner with site leadership to support organisational growth and capability uplift
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
  • Lead employee engagement, culture and leadership development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, immigration and site policies
  • Support enterprise agreement interpretation and union engagement where applicable
  • Coach frontline leaders in people management and best-practice HR frameworks
About You
  • Proven experience as a People and Culture Manager or Senior HR Business Partner within manufacturing, industrial or operational environments
  • Strong ER/IR capability and confident stakeholder management
  • Practical, hands-on leadership style with strong commercial judgement
  • Comfortable relocating to a regional environment
