Quality Assurance Manager – Regional WA (Relocation Supported)
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a large-scale food manufacturing operation in regional Western Australia as the business enters a significant new growth and redevelopment phase.
This is a senior site leadership role, offering the opportunity to build, lead and embed strong food safety, quality and compliance systems within a high-risk manufacturing environment.
You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering and Site Leadership to drive continuous improvement, audit readiness and operational excellence.

You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering and Site Leadership to drive continuous improvement, audit readiness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site Quality Assurance and Food Safety systems
- Maintain compliance with HACCP, GFSI standards (BRC / SQF / FSSC), customer and regulatory requirements
- Drive audit performance, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, coach and develop QA and Technical teams
- Strengthen food safety culture across production and leadership groups
- Oversee product compliance, specifications, verification and validation programs
- Act as the technical authority for site decision-making and risk management
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager / Site Technical Manager within food manufacturing
- Background in high-risk environments (protein, fresh food, short shelf-life or RTE highly regarded)
- Strong leadership capability with hands-on operational exposure
- Confident managing audits, customers, regulators and internal stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with a practical approach to factory execution
- Comfortable relocating to a regional environment
